Who Are We ?

Thousands of years of hidden treasures in the earth.

From a generation to the other for 26 years we have been transforming and producing the thousands of years aged natural stones.

The journey of Dimer Marble, Started with the Quarrying in 1986, Till 1997 Dimer formed a factory included 30 employees, two quarries and one managing office. In 2000 our employees number in the formed factory located in Diyarbakir increased to 100. Then in a short term, by increasing the number of the quarries to three, and with our factory located in Diyarbakir's industrial zone, along with the block's production, with producing different sized finished marble stones our products now are marketed all over the world.

Today Dimer Marble continuing to grow with a production capacity of 1 million meters square and nearly 500 employees, is day by day solidifying its place among the world's most powerful companies .

 
Exporting

Our Dimer group's factories introduce the 5 continents, around 70 countries, and direct them to the innovative products of the mining, natural stones and marble sectors, Also we have created two brands in the furniture sector ARTEDECOR and ARTEDOOR which perform the furniture projects continuously.

The success of Dimer Group factories can be attributed to our strategic management philosophy, determining valuable employees within the conceptual, logical and open to change skills, and educating them in accordance with the corporate structure and gaining new approaches with every new asset.
The goal of the Group in HR management is to do the right job by choosing the right person with the right skills for it, and keep our talented workforce is our most important target. 

 
Occupational Health And Safety Policy

Dimer Group’s factories comply with all legal requirements related to the occupational health and safety issues and have made them a part of the group’s culture.
Dimer Group has a systematic approach, which identifies hazards by the support of occupational health and safety, it takes precaution of the possible accidents and illnesses that happen the most in the sector.
In this context fulfilling all the responsibilities Dimer Group companies are ISO 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certified.

 
R & D Policy

Dimer Group companies aim to create new technology that can improve the effectiveness of products, make the production more efficient and increase the capacity. Our factories apply R&D units that make us unique from others. Dimer Marble and Dibaz’s applied closed system is one of the rarest production systems in their sectors, plus the XRF device used to analyze ore metals in Dimin mining laboratories. 
   

Environmental Policy

To prevent the environment’s pollution Dimer Group provides and supports the needed resources to minimize the effects to the lowest possible level. in this context, from the day Dimer was established to the current day plus the respect of tomorrow’s day  Dimer group has and will always been taking Environment under consideration
Dimer group companies give a big importance to the nature by operating with and supporting  the seedlings of bread, the treated plants with the international standards.
